Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strong interest or prior experience (academic or extracurricular) in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Residency in Lagos and a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous internship or project experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to speak additional local languages relevant to the Lagos market.
