Wos Studio is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Photographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality, engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity. Moving beyond the basics, you will take ownership of shoots from concept to completion, bringing a refined technical skillset and a strong creative eye. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce imagery for [e-commerce, social media, editorial, and campaigns.
You will help shape priorities, define scope, and deliver improvements that create clear business and customer impact.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional photography experience, preferably within [an agency / in-house creative team / e-commerce environment]. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems (e.g., Canon, Sony, Nikon) and studio lighting equipment (e.g., Profoto, Broncolor). Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of industry-standard post-production software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom) and Capture One. Strong Portfolio: A versatile and polished portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and advanced retouching skills relevant to our industry. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
